okinawan black sugar

i have an affinity for crunchy sugar in iced drinks. sure, sugar in the raw in an iced earl grey tea is cool. but this is in a league of its own, which you should know from the mention of the "terroir" in its description. it's great in any application, beyond the freaky aforementioned one.
