Freekeh | Canaan

Another wholegrain that I'm known to eat straight from the pot, this freekeh (cracked green wheat that's been smoked), is similar to bulgur but so nutty and lightly smoky, so much satisfying depth. Grown on a regenerative organic and fair trade farm in Palestine.
