"Calypso" Flag

Omg🩵 I bought this flag as a gift for my boyfriend 2 years ago and he has it framed in his living room. One day it’ll feel the sea breeze on its surface and guide us into oceanic adventure. Jaques Cousteau forever!

When my husband and I bought our sailboat, as a live aboard/adventure vehicle, this flag was tucked into a cupboard in the galley. I quickly figured out it was the house flag of the Calypso, Jacques Cousteau’s research vessel. We flew it til it was ragged and carry its tattered shreds with us as our journey takes us to land.
