horses filled a new york shaped void in the los angeles food scene. i was gutted to learn of their ‘temporary’ (in the industry, you learn to take that word wearily) closure yet elated to hear that they’ll be taking over the kitchen at cafe triste for the month of february, branded under the name of ‘bruce’. see you there!
